From a biological perspective, we are innately equipped to handle all that life throws at us. These traits can become dormant and it becomes important for us to intentionally foster our strengths so that we can harness the power that resides within.

I attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for my undergraduate education and The University of North Carolina at Wilmington for my graduate studies. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) as well as a Master of Arts in Conflict Management and Resolution.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed School Social Worker (LSSW) in the state of North Carolina. I have over ten years of experience working in the field of Mental Health providing treatment in a variety of settings including adolescent treatment facilities, elementary, middle, high, and alternative schools, homes, and private practice settings both online and in office. I currently work as a school social worker in a K-8 NC public school and offer private practice virtual counseling services to residents of North Carolina.
